1) What are Pre-Packaged DVD's?
Pre-Packaged DVD's (PPDVDs) are Blank, Recordable DVD-R's that have been printed and packaged in a complete "Retail-Ready" DVD Package. All you have to do is remove the un-burned DVD, drop it in your computer or duplicator and burn your DVD. From there, re-insert it into the already completed package and hand it right off to your client. The value to using PPDVDs are:

- They are manufactured using your artwork
- They save you the Time & Money of trying to create professional looking packaging.
- They are extremely cost effective.

2) Do you guarantee your work?

7) What is the benefit to having you print my DVD's or CDs as opposed to me printing them with Inkjet?
There are a couple of major benefits to having CDP print your discs for you using Digital Color Thermal Printing.
Benefit #1: They are much more professional looking.
Benefit #2: They are more durable, and will not smear, smudge, scratch or fade as Inkjet printed discs will do.
If you are looking for a professional looking disc, that will outlast and outperform all others, let us provide you with Digital Color Thermal Printed Discs.

8) Can you print blank discs for me?
Yes, that is one of our specialties! We print blank CDs and DVD's in bulk for many of our clients.

9) If I make a mistake while burning one of the PPDVD's, can I get another disc only? or do I have to buy a whole package?
We provide PPDVD replacement discs for any package that is purchased for a nominal cost. Please contact us to process a replacement request.

10) What guidelines are there for Photo Submissions?
The Photos you submit should be at least 300dpi (dots per inch), and can be in any format including ".jpg", ".gif", ".tif". The dimensions of the photo should be in the neighborhood of 1024x768 for best printing. The bigger the picture, the better it will look when printed.

Yes, you certainly can. However, they can be no larger than 3MB in size due to email server restrictions. If your pictures are more than 3MB in size, you may also FTP them to us. Please contact us to request FTP access.

Instructions will be provided for how to transfer files to us and we can always provide additional assitance if needed.
